He added that there are currently 12 establishments operating in the country, commercial concession agreements have been signed and new restaurants will soon be opened.
“Nine of them are already under active construction and will be opened in March. The rest – in the next two or three years. The list includes Perm, Voronezh, Chelyabinsk, Smolensk and other cities of the Russian Federation and the CIS. In St. Petersburg, we will open from October 3 to 6 in the Galereya shopping center. But there will be more than one restaurant there; several contracts have been signed in St. Petersburg,” says Minina.
The network will also enter the Kazakhstan market. Six contracts have already been signed and catering services will begin operating in 2025. Franchisees now have six months to secure a visit.
“These discoveries will be 100% true,” Minina added.
Georgian cuisine restaurants “Pro.Khinkali” have been part of the Novikov Group holding since 2023. It is headed by restaurateur Arkady Novikov. It now includes 265 restaurants, including the popular Russian chains Magadan, Syrovarnya, 5642 Vysota and many others.
