The letter to the publication about gadgets, cellular communications and technologies accuses of illegal use of intellectual property belonging to TECHNOPARK-Center LLC.
It is especially funny that the news (at https://content-review.com/articles/51275/) in which the reliable lawyers of Teknopark make the claims is not even scandalous and does not criticize this chain of stores. The press release sent by Teknopark itself in October 2020 (news from the company’s press service) was published in its original form.
The result is that either lawyers from the partner company of Technopark mistakenly sent threats to all media outlets that have the word “Technopark” on their websites, or deliberately tried to remove any references to the company’s activities from the Internet. However, according to the legislation of the Russian Federation, the media is not obliged to do this if the publications do not contain libel and the site is not a fake imitating the original online home appliance store “Technopark”.
