“On the eve of the peak season, we have reduced the base rate for all types of deliveries to shopping centers to prevent an increase in the costs of logistics services for sellers, taking into account the upcoming period of peak demand,” the company said.
They also said that sellers can always send products to Wildberries warehouses and sorting centers free of charge. More than 55% of the spaces in all the company’s logistics facilities are available free of charge.
As for tariffs, now the cost of delivery for the “Box” and QR delivery types is 1.7 rubles per liter (instead of 3.5 rubles), and for the “Monopallet” type – 500 rubles per pallet (instead of 1000 rubles).
The company says the reduction in acceptance fees will reduce the cost of supplying goods to more than 70% of all sellers on the platform.
In the summer, a fee was introduced on a permanent basis for the receipt of goods at Wildberries warehouses, and shortly after, its price rose significantly. Sellers say that due to the new rule they are losing money and are going to turn to competitors of the “berries”. The company called this a temporary measure.
