Telegram has begun to respond to requests for investigations into cybercrime from law enforcement agencies in different countries, Le Figaro writes. Earlier, the founder of the messenger, Pavel Durov, began cooperating with investigators in France, where he was charged with six counts.

According to Le Figaro, one of the European countries received information from Telegram about a group on Messenger through which people were being ordered to kill others.
