A pilot project is currently underway where banks are testing new features and gathering feedback from customers. Khromov said the next steps will be scaling the pilot to new user groups and the final launch of the system.

The average Russian is a customer of two or three banks, which requires the use of various applications for financial management. Khromov added that the innovation will simplify the customer journey: users will be able to see their funds in other banks and make transfers without switching between applications.

Moreover, such integration will allow banks to better understand customer needs and offer them more personalized products, such as individual loan terms, which will improve service quality and make financial services more accessible.
