As a result of the transaction, its co-founders, Alexander Monosov, Anna Korchminskaya and Dmitry Kislitsyn, who respectively owned 18.19%, 9.07% and 4.55% of the company, left the startup.
Under the agreements, HRlink will maintain its autonomy as part of HeadHunter and continue to develop new products. The parties did not disclose the amount of the transaction, but, according to a Forbes source, it ranged from 1 to 1.5 billion rubles.
The agreement will allow HeadHunter to strengthen its position in one of the fastest growing market segments and develop the human resources ecosystem, the company reported. It already includes services such as Talantix, Skillaz, Dreamjob and Edstein.
HRlink was launched in 2020. The platform allows you to automate the applicant registration process: making a job offer, uploading documents for employment, familiarizing yourself with local regulations, and signing an employment contract.
In 2022, HRlink raised 100 million rubles from HeadHunter for 9.09% of the project. The solution needed to be integrated into HeadHunter’s HR services ecosystem to work with staff.
According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, in 2023, the revenue of the legal entity HRlink, Innovations in Personnel Management LLC, increased by 82% year-on-year and amounted to 640.2 million rubles, net profit – 41.7 million rubles.
Forbes notes that the startup now has more than 5 thousand clients, including MTS Bank, the SOKOLOV jewelry chains, Sunlight, the FixPrice store chain, the leasing company Gazprombank Autoleasing and others. The total number of employees of the HRlink platform reached 1.5 million people in 2024.
