WatchOS 11.1 beta 3/4 and iOS 18.1 beta 6 introduced the long-awaited feature for tracking sleep apnea (short-term cessation of movement during sleep).

After the update, you’ll need to set up notifications, which you can do in the Health app. You will need to answer questions about your age and whether you have previously been diagnosed with sleep apnea to disable this feature.

However, this function is not available in Russia, as is directly stated in the application (Changing the region won’t help either). The innovation is available in Apple Watch Series 9 and higher.

Before receiving the first one, you must spend at least 10 days with active tracking. The watch will then inform you of any deviations.
