Avito Travel launched a room reservation service in more than 13 thousand hotels throughout Russia. This was reported to RB.RU by the site’s press service.

Among the hotels where you can rent rooms are Metropol, Astoria, Grand Karat Sochi, Krasnodar Marriott Hotel, Hyatt Regency Ekaterinburg, Lotte Hotel Vladivostok and others.
The new feature is available on the Avito website and its app. To book a room, you must go to the “Travel” section on the main page and then select the destination, dates and pay for the reservation. The service does not charge a commission.
Users may cancel their reservation to obtain a refund within the period set by the hotel. Customers also have a dedicated 24/7 Avito support service.

The site launched the “Travel” section in April 2024. Previously, users only had the opportunity to rent apartments and houses.

MTS Travel, Ozon and Russian Railways also have hotel reservation services.
