Yandex has launched Yandex Business Travel, a business travel service based on the Yandex TeamTicket pilot project, the company said in a statement.

“Yandex” launched a service for organizing business trips.

It is reported that with your help, companies will be able to reduce the cost of business travel by an average of 3.7 times and the processing time of business travel from 24 hours to 15 minutes.

Yandex Business Travel works on the model of a business travel agency aggregator and is available for small and medium-sized businesses, as well as large companies. Due to automation, the necessary generation of reporting documents is carried out without the participation of the accounting department, the manager can check the current budget and expenses in his personal account, and employees can independently choose accommodation, transportation and book additional services (contract insurance, request a transfer, early check-in and much more).

A 24-hour support service is organized for customers.

The service works with providers in the field of train reservation, airline tickets, hotels and ground assistance with coverage throughout the world (more than 200 countries).

By the end of this year, Yandex Business Travel plans to connect up to 1,000 customers to the service and by 2025, it will have up to 20% of the market.

The project was developed by the Yandex HR technology team. Initially, it was an internal tool to organize employee travel. In December 2022, the developers decided to release it to the external market in test mode.
