Users using Microsoft 365’s email service Outlook are reporting difficulties accessing the website this Thursday (10). According to news on social media, Indecisiveness makes sending and receiving emails impossible.

According to Downdetector, the malfunctions started around 9 a.m. (Brasília time). At 11:30 a.m. there were already more than 200 reports of instability on the website.

The problem appears to be global, but some parts of Brazil have been affected by instability. On the Downdetector map, complaints are most frequently seen in the cities of Porto Alegre, São Paulo, Curitiba, Brasília and Rio de Janeiro.

Following user complaints on social media, Microsoft said it was already working to resolve the issue.

“We are already investigating an issue where users in Europe may be experiencing crashes, not receiving emails, or seeing high memory usage when using Outlook,” the company’s official X page states. The statement was included.

“We are focused on isolating the source of a potential memory management issue that could impact us. We are working with organizations and replicating the issue internally to develop a mitigation.”
