According to Yibao, the capture button alone is both useful and practical. The usage logic is almost the same as the Camera Control touch button on the iPhone 16. The difference is that Oppo did not implement the sensor due to its security vulnerabilities and drawbacks.

A mechanical button allows you to remove your gloves in cold weather when you need to take photos, while the sensor requires tactile contact. Or, for example, when doing sports, including rafting, you need mechanics – it is technically impossible to use the sensor.

In general, a separate button will prevent you from wasting time activating the camera via the screen, and it may be more convenient to use it with one hand.

The presentation of Oppo Find X8 is scheduled for October 24. The design of this smartphone is a clear reference to the iPhone 16 due to its flat ends and camera control button.
