Lambumiz and the current controlling shareholder will assume obligations that will limit the disposal of securities for 365 days after the completion of the IPO. There is also a stabilization mechanism for 30 days after the start of trading.

The placement will be available to qualified, non-qualified and institutional Russian investors. The money raised during the IPO will be used to “implement a long-term development strategy,” the statement said.

Lambumiz announced plans to hold an initial public offering in May. In July, the company’s shareholders approved the initiative. Lambumiz will be able to place 2.8 million shares through open subscription with a par value of 0.025 rubles per share.

Representatives of the company consider it a leader among manufacturers of non-aseptic cardboard packaging for milk and dairy products. In 2023, Lambumiz PJSC’s revenue amounted to 2.6 billion rubles, and net profit – 313 million rubles, according to data from Rusprofile.
