Solar plans to invest up to 1.1 billion rubles in the fund, which represents approximately 5% of the total volume of the previously announced investment program, which is designed until the end of 2025. Solar Ventures contemplates participation in syndicated operations in the that large companies, funds and business angels participate.

According to Solar, between 2017 and 2023 only 11 transactions worth $8 million were recorded, mainly with the participation of Russian state and corporate funds. The company aims to demonstrate that investments in national cybersecurity are “timely and promising.”
