The project was developed to implement the norms of the federal law “On amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation”, according to which the FSB will be able to access information stored in civil registry offices.
According to current legislation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Federal Tax Service, the Ministry of Health, Rosstat, the Ministry of Digital Development, the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund, the Social Fund, referendum commissions and electoral commissions have access to civil legislation. registry office data.
In July, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree providing the FSB with 24-hour access to taxi order databases. The document came into force on September 1. Aggregators must respond to requests within 10 business days and, for urgent requests, within three days.
