Bakalchuk, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, owns 100% of VB Development LLC, which builds warehouses for Wildberries. In the midst of the divorce, warehouse construction was suspended; according to Bakalchuk, Wildberries froze the transfer of 15 billion rubles and 300 contractors were left without payment.
On October 11, the Moscow Arbitration Court published in its archive information about the claim of VB Development LLC against Vladislav Bakalchuk for 37 billion rubles.
Bakalchuk’s representative explained to RB.RU that the company did not file any claims.
“VB Development did not file a claim; Tatyana filed a claim because she considers herself a member of VB Development LLC,” the representative said.
According to Bakalchuk’s representative, the court has already received an updated statement of claim, from which it follows that VB Development, represented by Tatyana Kim, requests to recognize its right to 100% of the LLC and jointly recover Vladislav Bakalchuk and the general director of the company, Denis Kuznetsov, received compensation of 37 billion rubles.
As the Wildberries press service explained to RB.RU, Tatyana Kim became a co-plaintiff in VB Development’s lawsuit against Vladislav Bakalchuk as the main owner of the company. Vladislav acted as a nominal shareholder in relation to the Wildberries – VB Development division, the company clarifies.
“The lawsuit was filed for breach of its obligations to Wildberries. This led to VB Development and, as a result, Tatyana Kim suffering losses amounting to 37.1 billion rubles,” they explained in the press service.
“After reading the statement of claim, I can say that I completely disagree not only with the demands, but also with Tatyana’s ability to file such a claim,” Vladislav Bakalchuk told RB.RU through his representative.
Bakalchuk says he bought VB Development, formerly known as Atoll LLC, 16 years ago.
“Tatiana is trying to convince the court that the purchase of the share was her initiative, as well as the further construction of the warehouse, and also that I carried out these actions in the interests of Tatyana, acting as her agent,” Bakalchuk explained. .
According to Bakalchuk, representatives with armed guards arrived at the Wildberries warehouse sites and blocked the construction sites.
On October 4, Vladislav Bakalchuk filed a lawsuit against Tatyana Kim, Wildberries LLC and RVB LLC (a company merged with the Russ group, to which Kim transferred part of Wildberries’ assets) for 350 billion rubles. The businessman demanded the return of the assets sold without his consent and the assets acquired jointly were divided equally. According to him, his wife suggested defining his share as 1/7. The court denied Bakalchuk provisional measures for the lawsuit, including the arrest of 99% of Wildberries, considering that his arguments were “assumptive” and that the arrest “did not comply with the principles of reasonableness and did not guarantee the balance of interests of the parties “.
