“This is a normal process, the system should start working. Currently the system is being tested and debugged,” he emphasized.

According to Kartapolov, the “trial regime” will last until January 1, 2025, until an information resource for those responsible for military service is created and transferred to the Ministry of Defense. “Why worry? You should be happy! – added the deputy.

He noted that the main document for the autumn conscription is a paper agenda. Kartapolov also said that in Russia “in general, no one has to worry about anything.” “We have, thank God, a president, we have our bright future on all issues,” he concluded.

  • The Telegram channel “Go through the forest!” reported on October 17 that electronic subpoenas were again being sent to Muscovites, citing information from recruits. The channel indicated that these subpoenas do not yet have legal force and the previous mass mailing was in September.

  • The electronic subpoena registry was launched in test mode on September 18, 2024 in the Ryazan and Sakhalin regions, as well as in the Republic of Mari El. The launch of the registry in all regions of the country is planned for 2025 .

  • Under current law, employers must maintain military records on employees and issue subpoenas to them. Failure to do so may result in the company being fined under art. 21.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses in the amount of 350 thousand to 400 thousand rubles.
