In the modern world, not only the quality of service is important, but also the emotions it evokes. The quality of the service and, ultimately, customer satisfaction and the degree of their loyalty depend on the level of staff training. This is a key factor for business success.
The Hospitality Academy is designed specifically for employees to help them develop essential skills and introduce them to customer service best practices. The training program is designed to cover all aspects of the service: from the basics to advanced communication techniques.

The project is an intensive course for employees, during which they will be able to increase their aesthetic intelligence and observation skills, as well as improve their communication skills, which is extremely important for working with guests. Participants will enjoy presentations from prominent hoteliers, conversations about culture and art, mentorship from hotel office managers and much more. Training formats will be different: from mini-conferences to online meetings, inspirational trips and shadowing.
Project speakers include hospitality industry leaders – senior managers from leading hotels, inns and resorts. Experts in art and cinema will inform you in simple language about architecture, painting, literature, cinema, music, help you develop a sense of beauty and enrich your knowledge in this field. All this will create an impressive experience for customers to communicate and solve their problems in all walks of life.
