The parties have signed an agreement and are awaiting regulatory approval.

There will be no major changes to the Pixelmator Pro, Pixelmator for iOS, and Photomator apps at this time, but “exciting updates are coming,” ArsTechnica writes.

Pixelmator employees will move to Apple. The value of the company has not been disclosed. After the agreement, an extension can be expected.
