Starting November 13, the restaurant chain “Vkusno-i dotka” will launch a menu inspired by the cuisine of “different parts of Russia.” Among the novelties are “Murom pancakes”, “Kuban pies”, “Taiga punch” and “Arbat burger”. This was reported to RB.RU by the network’s press service.

The Arbat burger is offered in two versions: with beef fillet or with chicken cutlet. It consists of a rye bun with buckwheat topping, smoked turkey, fresh tomato, iceberg lettuce, cream cheese and a sauce with notes of pickled cucumbers and dill.

“Murom pancakes” are hot, crispy pancakes, fried, filled with potatoes, mushrooms and cheese with black pepper, dill and thyme. Also in the autumn-winter season, “Taiga Punch” with lingonberries and juniper will be added to the menu.

The dishes will be available both on the main menu and for delivery, and will also be included in “combined lunches” with potatoes and a drink. The company has not yet revealed prices for the new menu.

McDonald’s suspended its operations in Russia in March 2022. The Russian company was subsequently bought by one of the franchisees, Alexander Govor, who on June 12 launched the chain under the new brand “Tasty – period”. Since then, the chain has been actively introducing new menu items, expanding its geography, relaunching the McCafé format, home delivery and other services.

In December 2022, Alexander Govor talked about plans to add spicy dishes with “Russian motifs” to the menu, and in June 2024 it was reported that the chain plans to introduce halal dishes.
