At the end of this year, pre-production samples of the new Russian electric car Atom will roll off the assembly line. Mass production of the car will start in mid-2025. The assembly of the car will be carried out at the Moskvich plant, which rented one of its lines and converted it according to the needs of the new brand. According to the plan, the facility will be able to produce approximately 30,000 cars per year.

There are currently more than 105,000 pre-orders for Atom from individuals and companies. As for the price, it will vary from 2 to 4 million rubles, depending on the chosen modification. This allows the electric car to reach a wide range of buyers.

The electric car will be equipped with a rear electric motor with a capacity of 205 hp. With. and a 77 kWh lithium-ion battery that will allow it to travel up to 500 km on a single charge. It will take only 8 seconds to reach 100 km/h, which is quite valuable for a new player in the electric vehicle market.
