The plant employs more than two thousand employees and 250 stores are open throughout Russia. This entire structure had to be transferred smoothly and seamlessly to the new online office.

The company’s transition to an online office took a week.
The process was implemented smoothly: almost no additional training for employees was necessary. The Yandex 360 interface for business services is intuitive and familiar to most employees who use it for personal purposes. The supplier’s technical support helped to quickly resolve any problems that arose.
To cover all the needs of the Youth Ministry, several services were needed: “Mail” to exchange letters, “Teleconference” to conduct negotiations and video conferences for up to a thousand participants, “Calendar” to plan a work schedule. Internal communications were built on Messenger and files and documents began to be stored in constant access on Disk. The IT department creates and monitors the execution of tasks in the Tracker. Additionally, a corporate knowledge base was organized on Wiki.
“We are following the roadmap and are actively testing new features of Yandex 360 for business; We like that the services are in constant development. Although the online office already covers many of the company’s needs. In addition, this measure will allow us to reduce the cost of the IT solution by half,” said Egor Eirikh, head of the IT department at MUZ.
