YouTube has started testing short vertical clips, a new feature for Shorts. Some creators will now have access to: Song remix function using artificial intelligence (AI).
The experiment is part of Dream Track (or “dream track” in literal translation into Portuguese), a set of AI resources on the service, and for now it’s limited to a small selection of YouTubers.
These selected users can: “Reformat a limited number of official songs” and licensed it on the platform, creating new and unprecedented content for a clip. Changed quotes can be maximum 30 seconds duration.
