“A threat to democracy? No, the threat of bureaucracy!!!” — commented on Musk’s appointment to X.

The abbreviation of the new Department of Government Efficiency is DOGE, which coincides with the name of the cryptocurrency promoted by Elon Musk.

Among the tasks of the new body are consulting, reducing bureaucracy and costs, making regulation more flexible and restructuring government departments, said Donald Trump.

“This will potentially be the Manhattan Project of our time,” he commented on the appointment of Musk and Ramaswamy. As part of this project, an atomic bomb was created in the United States in the mid-20th century.

Vivek Ramaswamy is an investor and entrepreneur, founder of pharmaceutical company Roivant Sciences. In recent years, he has become increasingly involved in politics and criticizes corporate activism.

In 2022, Ramaswamy founded the investment fund Strive Asset Management as an alternative to BlackRock, which promotes the ESG agenda. In 2023, Strive Asset Management’s asset value will exceed $1 billion. Ramaswamy’s personal fortune is estimated to be about the same amount.

Elon Musk is one of Trump’s most active supporters and continues to work with him after the election, as the future president expresses his goals for a new term and recruits a team. Thus, Fox News host Pete Hegseth was invited to serve as Secretary of Defense, and former Texas congressman John Ratcliffe was invited to head the Pentagon.
