But you don’t have to worry about privacy; only entertainment and food and beverage venues are shown, data on visits to places from sensitive areas is not displayed. If necessary, your profile can be closed to strangers.
The service has also updated the ability to notify friends about their movements. In the “Friends” settings, you can enable push notifications that will let you know if a friend is at the specified location or has left it.
The Friends feature on the map has also received updates. Now you can see what your friend is doing: in the park – a tree icon will appear, in the store – a bag, and in the bar – a cocktail. If a friend is on the move, the app will show what they’re traveling with – on foot, by car or by bike. You can also see battery charge and send reactions and meeting notifications to mutual friends.
