Already in 2025, its devices will be equipped with innovative nanofilm, which will replace the usual Gorilla Glass.
The main advantage of Optitune technology is an ultra-thin coating consisting of fluorine-free organosiloxane.
It does not require a primer and protects against scratches, fingerprints, dust and dirt. Additionally, the nanofilm makes the surface of the device easier to clean.
The company says the coating is highly resistant to chemicals, resistant to temperature changes and has a minimal carbon footprint, making it an environmentally beneficial solution.
According to Optitune CEO Jordi Paulus, this agreement was an important step for the company. “It’s not every day that trillion-dollar companies rely on a small, growing business,” he said.
