Ozon is planned to become MKPAO Ozon. Currently, the Russian legal entity of the company is Internet Solutions LLC.

Ozon analyzed different options for sustainable development in the current geopolitical, economic and regulatory environment and decided to become ICPAO.

“We come to the conclusion that the redomiciliation scenario fully responds to the interests of the company and its partners. “Redomiciliation will help increase securities liquidity for investors and reduce regulatory risks in the key market,” the company said in a statement.

The redomilation will allow the resumption of the options program to stimulate and retain employees, and will also simplify intragroup transactions, the company explained.

The situation will not in any way affect the stability of Ozon’s operational activities to process and deliver orders.

After the start of the military operation, the redomilation was carried out by VK (of the British Virgin Islands).
