The Voskhod Venture Fund invested 50 million rubles in a digital assistant for individual housing construction (IHC), Puzzle PropTech. This is stated on the company’s Telegram channel. The total investment in the project is currently 95 million rubles.

Shares received and current valuation are not disclosed. Puzzle PropTech clarified that the deal with Voskhod took place on November 22 and the fund itself became the second smart investor in the seed round.
The money raised will be used to develop the product, implement the “Digital Credit Factory in the Construction of Individual Homes” project and expand the company’s presence in the individual home construction market.
Puzzle PropTech was founded in 2022 by Alexey Gorulev. The service allows you to draw up a house project, find a contractor, calculate the budget and obtain a mortgage for construction. In August, Freedom Finance Global analysts estimated the approximate cost of the startup at 210-230 million rubles, RB.RU wrote.
In April, a house construction assistant raised 42 million rubles; the main investor was the Malina VC fund. In August, this fund and specialized investor Maria Andreeva increased their stake in the startup to 17.65% and 6%, respectively.
