Apple and Sony have entered into an agreement to provide support for PS VR2 controllers for the Vision Pro helmet.

According to Bloomberg, the company violated the agreement in early 2024. Sony has already been working on the project for several months. Mark Gurman notes that the company wanted to announce support several weeks ago, but delayed the launch.

In addition, Apple invited other developers to add controller support to their Vision Pro games.

For now, Apple and Sony are still planning to announce their cooperation. Unless the project is suddenly cancelled, PS VR2 controllers will be sold in Apple stores, where PS5 accessories are already available. [Bloomberg]
