MTS Artificial Intelligence Center LLC (a subsidiary of the operator MTS) increased its stake from 49% to 55% in the developer of smart turnstiles Infomatika, according to data from Rusprofile. The Business News agency drew attention to this.

The remaining 45% of the company belongs to its CEO, David Tartakovsky.
In March 2023, when MTS received 49% of Infomatics, the company said that the acquisition of the stake would allow the implementation of complex projects for the transportation industry, sports, cultural facilities and educational organizations. The companies also plan to work together in the Middle East and Latin America.
The legal entity of Infomatics is Infomat LLC. It was registered in 2010 in Tatarstan. The manufacturer produces self-service terminals, Lenta ticketing systems and smart turnstiles. In 2023, the company’s revenue amounted to 574 million rubles (up from 737 million rubles in 2022), net profit – 32 million rubles.
