Journalist Mark Gurman revealed that the first public beta of iOS 16 will be released “in the week starting July 11th.”

This could theoretically happen on one of three days: on Tuesday or Wednesday, when software updates are usually released, or on Thursday, when the embargo on reviews of the new MacBook Air with M2 processor is lifted. A year ago, the first public beta of iOS 15 was released on Wednesday.
