According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, prototypes of the foldable iPad are already in development. The iPad will run the same iPadOS but may also include macOS elements that allow it to run apps for that operating system.
Rumors about a foldable iPad have been around for several years. The upcoming model could be Apple’s response to the growing interest in such devices. Gurman also confirmed that Apple is working on a foldable iPhone, but it’s not expected to arrive before 2026. Additionally, Apple plans to launch an OLED MacBook Pro in 2026, followed by an OLED MacBook Air in 2027.
