In an interview with VGTRK journalist Pavel Zarubin, the minister said that in 2024 problems arose with the issuance of preferential mortgages due to the lack of funds from banks as a result of the increase and the resulting difference between market lending rates and preferential.
According to Siluanov, the problem has already been resolved and the banks have received the necessary financing.
“That is, there really are no limits, the money for the “family” will arrive in its entirety,” stated the Minister of Finance.
Family Mortgage has been operating in Russia since 2018. In the summer of 2024, the program was extended until 2030, and the conditions were also adjusted: now a mortgage with an annual rate of 6% is available for families with children under six years old, as well as for families raising a minor. child with disabilities.
