Other specifications of the phone may include a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, a 50MP front camera, a 50MP rear camera, a 5,500mAh battery, and 80W wired charging.
The flagship Vivo X100 Ultra will hit the domestic market in May this year and renders of the device have just surfaced on Weibo.
The top-end X100 Ultra variant is also expected to have satellite messaging functionality, as mentioned by Digital Chat Station on Weibo, but this functionality will likely be limited to China.
Informant Ice Universe mentions that vivo X100 Ultra could become the “absolute king of telephoto lenses” this year. The device is said to feature an 85mm telephoto lens with 3.7x optical zoom coupled with a 1/1.4-inch 200MP sensor with f/2.67 aperture. Dubious rumors on Weibo indicate that it could achieve 200x digital zoom, which is crazy to even think about.
