In 2024, the international accelerator Sber500 launched a special track for teams that had not yet used artificial intelligence (AI) in their solutions, or those who were ready to switch to the Russian AI model. Its objective is to provide more entrepreneurs with the opportunity to strengthen their developments and increase their attractiveness among investors.
In just two months, the track received more than 1,200 requests for technological equipment from all over Russia. As a result of a multi-stage selection, 130 startups completed the training and 104 of them have already implemented business cases using Sber’s GigaChat neural network model. These are just a few examples of the use of AI among accelerator participants.

Aknauzer: personalized training for doctors
Aknauzer develops advanced training programs for medical and pharmaceutical specialists. To make learning flexible and efficient, the team created a course customization service where users can configure program parameters, including the number of hours. To date, 200 advanced training courses have been created in 107 specialties.
The implementation of GigaChat made it possible to structure materials from thousands of hours of lectures in 175 languages and select personalized content based on student requests. Thanks to the introduction of AI, the percentage of specialists completing training increased from 30% to 70% and the time to develop personalized programs was reduced from a month to several hours.
VR Inclusion: Helping Children
The startup VR Inclusion is creating a universe of virtual reality skills for the social adaptation of children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other disabilities. Virtual scenarios help children and adults practice safe behaviors in life situations, from going to the doctor to crossing the street.
Using GigaChat, a new scenario was created to teach communication skills. The neural network promotes communication with the child, gradually complicating the dialogues and motivating him with advice and rewards. The script ensures that children feel comfortable learning new words and phrases in a supportive environment.
AI Data Extractor: automation of routine processes
Startup AI Data Extractor has solved an age-old business problem: preparing data for analysis and reporting. The product allows you to automatically structure raw data: documents, scans, websites, texts and audio, and convert them into convenient tables.
In the Sber500 accelerator, the AI Data Extractor team integrated the GigaChat model into their product. The system reads the text, analyzes its context and highlights key attributes: for example, dates, prices, manufacturer names and other parameters. GigaChat helps improve the speed and accuracy of data structuring. After its integration, the solution was already used in human resources, finance and e-commerce.
Xenia AI: interview automation
Startup Xenia AI offers a solution to automate interviews in any industry, from IT to retail. The service helps companies conduct voice interviews, ask questions, analyze responses and evaluate candidates.
Participation in the Sber500 accelerator was an important step: the team tested new functions using GigaChat to compose questions, describe vacancies and analyze data. The model significantly accelerated and increased the accuracy of information processing.
Sergey Amiryan, General Director of the Voskhod Fund
For startups, acceleration with access to the capabilities of a large language model is, of course, a huge advantage, because the internal development of such models requires large investments, time and access to a large amount of data. Therefore, the development and launch of applications using ready-made AI algorithms significantly increases the likelihood of successful implementation of the business model of a particular startup.
