The skyscraper was designed by Sergei Choban’s “Speech” architectural studio. The Moscow Architectural Council approved the project in December 2022 and its execution is planned for 2030. The area of land for construction is 0.56 hectares. It is expected to become the tallest business center in Moscow.

The facades of the skyscraper will be made of tempered glass with the possibility of integrating LED strips for lighting. The project was based on the ideas of Kazimir Malevich’s suprematist architecture, which is characterized by straight lines and geometric shapes.

The business center is currently in the process of certification according to the Russian ecological standard “Clover”. The first stage will be the certification of the facility at the design stage, which will be completed in early 2025. The business center will receive the final certificate once construction is completed.
