As Kommersant reported, these companies own land in the Chelyabinsk, Leningrad and Moscow regions with an area of 80 hectares. Its estimated cost reaches 750 million rubles.
The assets became the property of the former top manager of the United Breweries group, Marta Seliverstova, through JSC Mars. Previously, Ingka Holding Europe BV was among the founders of the acquired companies.
Businessman Robert Uzilov, who had previously purchased an IKEA distribution center with an area of 180 thousand square meters, became general director of the acquired companies. m in Yesipovo, near Moscow. According to RBC, the businessman owns several warehouse complexes and logistics companies.
After the start of the military operation, Ingka ceased its retail activities in Russia and in September 2023 sold all Russian mega-malls to the Gazprombank group.
