The Russian government was instructed by May 15 to “provide methodological support” to federal and municipal authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, which will transition to “reliable” advanced technologies, including those based on AI. They will be collected “within the framework of common industry digital platforms.”

And first, by March 15, the Cabinet of Ministers must formulate proposals on the use of AI for “additional training and counseling of schoolchildren” (within the framework of the federal program and in general education subjects).

Russia’s search for movement vectors in the technology and AI sector requires specialized activities. On this occasion, the authorities, together with the association “Alliance in the Field of Artificial Intelligence”, ANO “Platform of the National Technological Initiative” and research centers will hold an international foresight session “on fundamental research aimed at greater development of artificial intelligence. intelligence.”

To solve two more problems, the president recommended that the government attract Sberbank of Russia PJSC as a partner: together they will ensure greater cooperation in the field of technology and AI development with China and “consider the issue” of creating an “international magazine on the development of artificial intelligence technologies” in our country (The president expects a report on progress on April 30).

The Moscow government is recommended to consider creating a network of “international showcase” of the capital’s technological achievements. This will contribute to the growth of its investment attractiveness and the “hunt” for the world’s leading specialists in the field of AI. The president expects ideas on the issue before March 1.
