According to data from the Binance cryptocurrency exchange, at 17:50 Moscow time, the value of Bitcoin exceeded 100 thousand dollars. At 18:40 Moscow time, the cryptocurrency is trading at $101.84 thousand, a daily increase of 3.8%.

After Bitcoin, other cryptocurrencies also increased in price. For example, Ethereum, the second cryptocurrency by capitalization, rose in price by 1.8% during the day (up to $3.69 thousand). Bittensor – $1.7 (up to $569.7), Ripple – 2.6% (up to $2.43), SOL – 3.1% (up to $220.2).
This week, the Cryptonews portal wrote that the cryptocurrency market is showing moderate growth in early 2025. According to experts, cryptocurrency assets historically perform well in the first quarter of each year amid optimism around the market dynamics.
