According to Rusprofile, the net profit of IA Rilweb LLC in 2023 amounted to 355 million rubles, and revenue to 13 billion rubles.

AdIndex clarifies that since February 2024, Google LLC has filed more than 70 lawsuits against Russian advertising companies for non-payment for services under advertising placement agreements.

According to Leonid Ustin, lawyer and advisor at the legal agency 4/3 Agency, Google basically provides “the most substantiated and reliable documents” that advertising agencies do not discuss. These are typically service agreements, reconciliation reports, and work completion reports. Disagreements usually have to do with the amount of the sentence, which can be reduced under article 333 of the Civil Code, writes AdIndex.

The publication reminds that in October 2023, Google LLC filed for bankruptcy. At that time, the company’s debt to creditors amounted to almost 53.6 billion rubles.
