The guidance can be produced with the help of an operator processing unreliable or obtained illegally through PD. For example, if they are processed by an operator who has not notified Roskomnadzor about this.
Currently, violations are detected only after complaints from citizens, legal entities or publications in the media. In accordance with the new resolution, Roskomnadzor will be able to carry out control activities without interaction with the medical data operator.
