Changellenge, a youth work platform and employer brand, surveyed more than eight thousand students and graduates from 40 universities in the country to identify their professional expectations and the most in-demand companies among them. Based on the survey results, analysts prepared a study on various industries and the market as a whole.

MTS became the best employer in the telecommunications sector, overtaking Rostelecom and Megafon. This fall, the ecosystem launched a leadership program for young professionals in the MTS Leader telecommunications block.
About six thousand people applied to participate and 26 specialists reached the final. During the year they work in a hybrid format in the company, developing in three directions: project management, B2C and B2B product management. MTS will invite the best employees to the position of product or project managers.
Changellenge analysts also studied the interest of young professionals in various industries. Thus, developing a career in telecommunications attracts 14% of those surveyed. Young people remain the most interested in working in IT (39%) and banking (32%).
The most important factors when choosing a place to work were the stability and reliability of the company, the competitive salary level, the balance between personal and work life, the transparency of the career path, the professionalism of colleagues and managers , among others.
Changellenge has published the employer survey and ranking for the tenth consecutive year, this time involving more than 200 companies in a variety of industries, from information technology and oil and gas to healthcare and education.
