HR automation platform Skillaz (Skilaz LLC), which is part of HeadHunter, is headed by venture capitalist Viktor Khristenko, RB.RU reported. The founder of the service, Andrey Krylov, stepped down as general director.

A representative of Skillaz confirmed to RB.RU the change of director. The press service did not comment further.

Krylov, who founded the human resources service in 2015, left his position on December 24. In January 2025, the businessman continued to reduce his stake in Skilaz LLC, which in 2019 was 46.64%. On January 15, Krylov’s share decreased from 10.01% to 9.28%.

At the same time, shares of HeadHunter structures (Headhunter LLC and Headhunter Investment Company LLC) in Skilaz LLC increased from 89.99% to 90.72%. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Krylov’s stake is committed to Headhunter LLC and Andrey Enin.

Skillaz is dedicated to the development, implementation and maintenance of human resources systems that automate employee hiring and talent development management. The online platform created by the company includes tools to evaluate employee knowledge, recruit and motivate workers through gamification.

According to data on the company’s website, 15.7 million candidates interact with the platform annually and 1.7 million people work at partner companies. Skillaz clients on the website include the Perekrestok network, Rosatom, Megafon, Pyaterochka, Magnit, Cooper, Samolet and other companies.

Khristenko is a venture capitalist and founder of the business streaming service Muzlab. In 2021, together with RBI founder Eduard Tiktinsky, he invested $500,000 in the startup XIX, which is developing an authentication service based on facial geometry. In 2022, together with Qiwi co-founder Sergei Solonin, he invested in Restik, a service for restaurants and cafes.

In October 2023, Khristenko invested in the startup Keygo, which is developing a short-term home rental service with an automated check-in and check-out system. In total, the company founded by Yandex members raised 500 thousand dollars. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Khristenko remains a member of Restik, Keygo services, as well as Zabludshiye LLC and Vostok-Vostok LLC.
