Melon Fashion Group (MFG) announced the formation of a group of contractors for the construction and repair of BeFree, Zarina, Love Republic, Sela and Idol stores in the first half of 2025. MFG’s forecast for the first half of 2025 was lower than plans for the second half of 2024. As RB.RU wrote, the company was looking for contractors to open 69 new stores in 17 cities. The company also revealed plans to launch 80 stores in the first half of 2024. According to Focus Technologies, the number of offline store buyers in Russian shopping centers in the fashion segment from January to mid-December 2024 decreased by 10% relative to the same period in 2023.
