The Administrative Court of Bashkiria registered the lawsuit of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation against the former head of Gazprom Energo Alexei Mityushov. The Supervisory Authority requires to recover a stake in eight industrial assets in the Republic of Bashkortostan in favor of the state.

According to the arbitration case file, the lawsuit was filed on January 24. The attorney general’s office insists on “applying the consequences of the invalidity of an insignificant transaction” regarding the ZPIF “universal investments” decision and the “UK Mercury Kapital Trust” order from May 2020 .
As a result of this, 100% of the shares of Salavatneftemash JSC, Salavatneftekhimstroy JSC, Neftekhimstroy LLC and Mechanical Plant and Mechanical LLC and LLC Techentre must be recovered.
In addition, the prosecutor’s office requires the use of invalidity of transactions for the Salavat Catalyst Plant LLC (a sales contract between LLC Corporate Center and E. Mavlikhanov from 2015), OJSC “OdoTniftegaz” (a sales contract between LLC ” Center Corporate” Corporate Center ” “And Donway Invest Ltd from 2015) and LLC Remenergomontazh (sale agreement between Corporate Center LLC and Salavatneftekhimstroy JSC of 2019).
Like the defendants in the lawsuit, Alexei Mityushov, who owns the Corporate Center LLC and the UK Mercury Capital Trust.
In addition to eight companies that the Prosecutor General demands to nationalize, as third parties, the plaintiff requests to attract the Bank of Russia, Fas, Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat, Nord Capital and “ROT Independent Registration Company”.
Alexey Mityushov headed Gazprom Energo from 2007 to 2012. According to RBC, in 2012-2014, the top manager began to leave positions in all Gazprom structures and “took over the construction business based on previous assets.”
In 2013, Mityushov became the owner of Salavatneftekhimstroy, and in 2016 – Neftekhimstroy, which continued to cooperate with Gazprom. In 2019, the head of Salavatneftekhimstroy, which unites several plants in Bashkiria, sold the Moscow company Mercury Capital Trust.
