Exclusion of products from the diet. Remove from the diet not all processed products, but at least three of them. It could be cookies, soda, potato chips. Once you’ve made a choice, take this food out of the house and don’t buy it from the store anymore.
Vegetables or fruits. They will be an excellent substitute for excluded harmful products. You can even pick up something new and unusual: for example, dates, grapefruits, faces.
Breakfast. It gives glucose, which is necessary for more energy and alertness. It also prevents weight gain, snacking throughout the day, drowsiness during working hours, and also reduces the accumulation of fat in the arteries.
