40% of respondents indicated that the fluidity trend was observed among qualified employees, 37% among work personnel, 36% among beginner specialists. The least “fluid” was among managers (16% of the answers) and senior managers (7%).

In addition, 45% of employers reported an increase in cases of dismissal during the first year of work. Two thirds of respondents indicated that workers and maintenance personnel were left more frequently, 59% called rookie specialists and 38% – qualified workers. Less frequently, senior managers (7%) resigned, without exercising and a year.

At this time, 75% of the companies surveyed face the lack of personnel. Of these, 75% lack qualified employees, 61% – workers or maintenance personnel, 24% – rookie specialists. To combat personnel hunger, companies increase salaries (90%), apply a human focused approach (86%) and introduce reference programs (69%).

According to the professor of the final vector under the Government of Alexander Sonistov, the most common reasons for dismissal are bad working conditions, unstable employment and intentionally exaggerated salaries when placing vacancies.
