For 20-30 thousand rubles, everything that does not have RX 6600 from the store will be bad. In addition, RTX 20xx is used, it does not make sense to get the price of RTX 30xx.

It doesn’t make sense to get RTX 4070, because the RTX 4070 has a small increase (5-10%) and the additional fee is large.
It is also better not to buy “raw” Intel Core B580.
