The biological age reflects the rate of changes in your DNA. This may vary from a person to a person.

As part of a new study, scientists compared the effects of taking Omega-3 with vitamin D intake and regular physical activity. More than 70 years more than 700 years of adults participated in this study.

For three years, volunteers received one of eight treatment combinations. Included: 1 g omega-3 and/or 30 mg of vitamin D per day and/or 30 minutes a week for 30 minutes. There was also a control group that did not take any of them.

At the end of the experiment, the biological age of the Omega-3 participants decreased four months. The most effect was with a combination of Omega-3, vitamin D and exercise. This reduced the risk of cancer and prevented weakness in humans.
