The milestone said Ozon violated fire safety requirements and began using the warehouse before installing fire systems. In January, the court refused the developer in the lawsuit, referring to the law to transfer the warehouse for market use. According to the document, the “guideline” for the time of the fire did not complete the implementation work of the fire systems.

The Ozon property stored in the burned warehouse was secured for an amount of 11 billion rubles in Ingostakh. Marketplais showed that the fire did not happen because of his fault, and Ingosstrakh paid 6.4 billion rubles. In December last year, Ingosstrakh filed a demand against a “milestone” for 6,400 million rubles. The judicial session in this case is scheduled for March 11.
