The agency proposed to make changes in the labor code designed to increase the flexibility of the labor market in the conditions of the scarcity of qualified personnel. In particular, the Ministry proposed to increase the limit in overtime by half, up to 240 hours a year (four hours a day). Paying overtime for more from the bar at 120 hours offered in double size. The amendments also implied that the employee’s notification period on the new terms of the employment contract would be reduced to one month.
Some of the provisions were rejected, since in the GPU they were considered unacceptable from the point of view of the social protection of citizens, said the source of the publication.
